RÉSERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

Check-in time : 12.00-23.00. Check-out time : 12.00

Early check-in or late check-out is subjected to room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the front office staff.

Room not occupied by 22 hours , will be seen as no show, unless prior arrangement has been made.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A reservation should only be confirmed upon deposit (50% of the stay), by credit card, PayPal account or bank transfer (Thaï or French)

50% of the deposit will be refunded with a cancellation received 7 days before date of arrival.

No refund thereafter.

ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT

Guests are requested to settle their bill while checking out.

You can wish to settle your account with credit card (Visa or Master), with an extra 4% Bank fee,

Bank transfer , 3 days in prior departure day,

or cash money (Baht, £,€,$)
